House MELLY with Swimming Pool is a 3 star Holiday house. It is located in Rovinjsko Selo - a small village/suburb area distant about 6 km from the Rovinj city centre, as well as from the nearest beautiful beaches on the Rovinj shoreline. The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings. Plenty of fun activities and tourist sights in the surroundings can be reached in a short car ride. The interior size amounts to 120 m2 and there is a terrace and swimming pool in the garden. The house is split leveled, ground floor and first floor.

The House consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower on the upper floor, while on the ground floor there are a comfortable living room with seating area, a completely equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils (electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) and with a dining area and another bathroom with shower. The House also offers an exit to the private garden with a swimming pool perfect to cool down in the hot summer days and a lovely terrace perfect to enjoy in your morning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of Istrian wine in the evening.

Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, this holiday house is an ideal place for families/friends to spend the holidays. BBQ grill facilities, garden and swimming pool are at your disposal.

Everything you may need is either at walking distance or can easily be reached in a short bike or car drive. With the town center at a short drive away, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, some dining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.

A private parking place is available in front of the house. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
