It is located on the ground floor.

The One Bedroom Apartment FRITZ consists of a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with sofa-bed, a lovely living room with couch in front of the TV, a completely equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils (oven) and a bathroom with shower, as well as a terrace/patio in front of the house at your disposal.

Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples/families/friends to spend the holidays.

Everything you may need is at walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. With the town center at a short drive or a lovely walk near the sea away, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, some dining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.

A private parking place is available in the garage. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
