The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings, or can be easily reached by bike or car. The interior size amounts to 30 m2 and the balcony is 8 m2. It is located on the 1st floor.

The Studio consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, all necessary dishes and utensils) with a dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a balcony perfect to enjoy a morning coffee or a romantic glass of Istrian wine in the evening.

Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, this studio is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. There are also a shared garden and BBQ grill facilities at your disposal.
