Refund and Return Policy

MARCO POLO TOURS will refund  to client  the complete amount  paid online in the following circumstances, provided that the client has complied with his or her obligations, detailed in the General conditions:

  • In the event that a cancellation is made by the owner and neither MARCO POLO TOURS. nor the apartment owner has been able to find an alternative apartment that is to the client’s satisfaction.
  • In the event of an apartment substantially failing to provide the facilities and standard of accommodation detailed in its listing on the MARCO POLO TOURS  website, and when the client has notified MARCO POLO TOURS within 24 hours of check-in, and neither MARCO POLO TOURS nor the apartment owner has been able to find an alternative apartment that is to the client’s satisfaction.
  • In the event of an emergency rendering the apartment inhabitable at any point during the stay, and where the client has advised the MARCO POLO TOURS  within 24 hours of the emergency, and neither the MARCO POLO TOURS  nor the apartment owner has been able to find an alternative apartment that is to the client’s satisfaction

MARCO POLO TOURS will return  to client  the complete amount  paid online if, as a guest cancel requested booking following cancelation policy established by owner for each properties. Return will be done in full on same credit card which client were used for booking.
